(解説)
この膝締では、体の乗せ方を学んでください。 相手の両腕を返す時、手首だけを返すのではなく、相手の腕全体を返して、さらに自分の体の重みが相手に乗るようにしてください。 そして、膝に挟む時も相手の体が解放されないように注意しなければなりません。 手首から肩まで力が伝わる意識が大事です。

This KATA “Hizajime” teaches how to put your weight on opponent’s body. When you rotate his hands, you should rotate whole his arms putting your weight on his body. Moreover, when you put his hands between your knees, you should not release him. It is important to keep your power flowing from his hands to his shoulder.
