この両肩捻では、肩での相手の崩し方を学んでください。 肩は、腰の動きと連動しやすいので、肩を動かすには腰の動きが重要になります。 相手の方に振り向くとき、目線だけでなく体全体で振り返るようにしましょう。 体の軸をしっかり意識して、自分の姿勢が崩れないように気を付けてください。
(Commentary)
This KATA “Ryoukatahineri” teaches how to make opponent unbalanced by using shoulders. The shoulder can be easy synchronized with waist so that your shoulder is supposed to move through your waist. When you turn to the back, you should rotate your body backwards together turning your eyes back. Please pay attention to keep your body axis stable during turning to the back.
